The Sugar Room is a third-floor private room offering gentle style, comfort, and classic farmhouse value. It features a sleep-inducing queen-sized bed and a distinctive vintage washstand. From this upper-floor retreat, guests can watch the maple trees sway just outside the windows. The room includes a private bathroom with a tiled stall-style shower.

Fresh linens, extra pillows, and thoughtful comforts are included for a restful stay. The room locks individually for privacy and security and offers free Wi-Fi, heating and air conditioning, a hair dryer, and storage space. It’s a cozy place to return to after a day of skiing or exploring Vermont.

Every stay also includes access to the shared spaces and amenities of the Farmhouse: a fully equipped kitchen, bright yoga room, two dining areas, and several inviting sitting rooms—including a sun porch for soaking up the morning light.

Step outside to 100 acres of private hiking trails, outdoor dining and lounge areas, and garden views that invite you to slow down. The on-site farmstand, open daily, makes it easy to pick up fresh seasonal produce and small-batch goods—perfect for a simple meal in the shared kitchen or a picnic outdoors.
