#3 - Riverview

The Riverview Room, honoring a previous name of Robinson dairy farm, has a southern exposure and overlooks the Ottauquechee River at the front of the farmhouse. Enjoy views in three directions from its bay windows. Located on the 2nd floor, it has a Queen-sized bed and private bathroom. 

Guests enjoy fresh linens, extra pillows, and all the comforts needed for a restful stay. Each room locks individually for added privacy and comes with free Wi-Fi, heating and air conditioning, plus thoughtful touches like a hair dryer and storage space. It’s a cozy place to land after a day of skiing or exploring Vermont.

Every stay also includes access to the shared spaces and amenities of the Farmhouse: a fully equipped kitchen, bright yoga room, two dining areas, and several inviting sitting rooms—including a sun porch for soaking up the morning light.

Step outside to 100 acres of private hiking trails, outdoor dining and lounge areas, and garden views that invite you to slow down. The on-site farmstand, open daily, makes it easy to pick up fresh seasonal produce and small-batch goods—perfect for a simple meal in the kitchen or a picnic outdoors. Free on-site parking and an EV charging station make travel easy, while safety features throughout the house provide peace of mind.
